Resurfaced deck in Leesburg, VA.  Homeowner was having continuing issues with dampness under the deck so we installed an under deck with gutter system making it water proof.  So they would have a nice dry entertaining area no matter the weather.  We installed all new Trex Havana Gold Decking with hidden fasteners and PVC railing because the wood railing was failing.   We took this old deck that was attached to this beautiful home and gave it life again that will last for years.  We also replaced the rotten wood railing above the front door entry way with custom iron railing with a beautiful medallion in the center.  The homeowners are extremely happy with the results.
